Frequently asked questions

How do I get started with my training?

Once you sign in, navigate to the Course Catalog in the blue menu bar. Browse or search for training, then select Add to My Courses to enroll.

Courses typically include a pre-test, course content, post-test, and evaluation. After successfully completing the post-test and evaluation, you'll receive a personalized certificate. Most courses take about one hour to complete, though some may be longer.

Can I pause a course and return later?

Yes. You can start and stop training at any time without losing progress. When you return, select Resume Course and you'll continue where you left off.

Courses are self-paced, and you can navigate through content using the arrows at the bottom of each screen. Most courses also include downloadable resources that can be accessed from the Resources link within the course.

What happens if I don't pass the post-test?

A passing score is 80% or higher. If you don't pass on your first attempt, additional attempts are available. If you do not pass after four total attempts, the course will automatically reset within 48 hours, allowing you to retake the training and try again.

How can I access my training records and CEUs?

Your training account includes a personal transcript where you can view completed courses, certificates, and earned CEUs.

Yes, eligible courses provide CEUs at no additional cost. We are an accredited provider through the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

What devices can I use, and are there limits on how much training I can complete each day?

Training is delivered entirely online and requires internet access and a web browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Courses can be completed on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.

To support effective learning and meet registry requirements, learners may complete up to 8 hours of training per day.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, select "Forgot Your Password?" on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Submit. You'll receive an email with instructions for creating a new password.
